Dr. Seuss 109th Birthday Week Celebration started off with green eggs and ham being served for lunch. Mrs. Weldon led the children in a parade with students dressing up as their favorite Dr. Seuss character. There were also special readers who read to the students during library time on Thursday.

Once again the students and staff enjoyed the Dragon Dance presented by the Buddhist Temple.

The students in Mrs. Thompson's art class made Mardi Gras wreaths for the patients at Hospice Compassus.

We are so proud of all our walkers. Thank you to all who collected pledges.

Ms. Allen class learned about Johnny Appleseed so they are enjoying some apple delights; apples, apple pie, applesauce and apple juice.

In celebration of the 100th day of school students were allowed to dress as a 100 year old person. We had grannies in robes, with walkers, canes, grandpa's in wheel chairs and even bingo playing grandmas.
